Training Program: 


• Demonstration by the coach and working through the giant slalom and carving slalom exercises by the trainees;  
• Analysis and correction of mistakes;
• Working through the basic elements of the ski sport; 
• Carving elements training (cut parallel turn);
• Short cut turns’ training (training of descending the extremely steep and narrow parts of the slope); 
• Sport skiing elements (going through the slalom, giant slalom, carving slalom trails); 
• Training camps for periods;
• Domestic competitions holding (giant slalom) among the school trainees; 
• Shooting video (video of every participant at the day’s beginning and end is made) 
• Night video and photo analysis with the review of progress and mistakes 

Coaches:

The studies are held by the teachers with higher education (alpine skiing) and experience of training sportsmen and the Combined Team of Ukraine on alpine skiing (2006-2008). 

Cost of Training:

1 day (4 hours on the slope) of group training (4-6 persons - 320 grivnyas per person).
